SHIPPING POLICY
How it Works
If we are unable to deliver to the address that you have given to us for any reason, we will attempt to contact you to make other arrangements. We will normally contact you using the platform you ordered on or the telephone number that you have given to us and it is your responsibility to ensure that you are available on this number or channel during your delivery slot.
If we are unable to deliver to you, or have to deliver late, for reasons beyond our control, for example adverse weather conditions, strike actions, vehicle breakdown, traffic congestion or supplier failure, we cannot accept liability for any inconvenience or loss this causes.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our Policy Info
Once delivery has been completed, the juice is your responsibility. This includes if the juices have been left in a safe space that you have notified us of or if it has been left with a concierge. It is your responsibility to inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If there are any issues or defects with your order, please contact us immediately. If you do not let us know within 2 hours of delivery, you will be deemed to have accepted the package and we reserve the right to reject a refund or replace your purchase.
Due to the nature of our product and it having such a short shelf-life please refrigerate or freeze immediately. We do not accept returns.

We have always and will continue to keep our workplace clean and frequently wash our hands. It is also a critical part of making and keeping our business COVID-secure, because COVID is still about. If we are lucky enough to meet you, we will keep 2 metres apart. If this is not viable, keeping 1 metre apart with risk mitigation is acceptable.

Our 3+ days juice cleanses are not recommended for pregnant women or breastfeeding women.
All our products are made in a kitchen that handles the majority of the 14 food allergens.
We cannot be held responsible for any reaction that you may have to nuts or any other ingredients. Please let us know your allergy requirements before you order and we will let you know the safety precautions used whilst producing your order.
Our juices can be tailored to suit any allergy requirements.
If ever in doubt please always consult a professional or your GP beforehand.
